Just by the way; No way.

Look around ourselves with an observant eye and a contemplative mind. The situation all around us, including in other parts of the world where we happen to live, is far from satisfactory. Everywhere, there is unrest, commotion, violence and conflagration that seem to challenge the stability, peace and cordiality among people, between communities, and between the government and the people it seeks to govern.
The plight of the people and the working of the system seem to be deteriorating day by day, to say the least. Somehow, people increasingly happen to feel that the system is designed in such a way that there is hardly anything left to make it free from bias. The aspirations of the people are at an all-time high, while resources either fall short of those aspirations or are misappropriated by those who are at the helm of affairs but are otherwise not eligible to be there.
People are blaming the system. But we often forget that the system, per se, is not bad and therefore should not be blamed. It is the people who are manning the system who have brought it into disrepute by manipulating the system to suit their own interests.
Whoever is seated where is not fit to sit there.
The result is that, by being a misfit or unfit for the position, he/she does great injustice to the common welfare and remains deeply concerned with the consolidation of his/her own individual interests under the garb of doing public service.
Though exceptions are always there, it is because of this that the system seems to run, though limping.
