Setting a Goal and Remaining Tied to It

Only those who have actually tried to follow a goal on a daily basis, however small it may be, know how difficult it is to stick to it.
I consider myself one amongst them. A few months ago, it occurred to me that I should write a page or two on something of relevance every day. This may have occurred to me because of holding myself to be the kind whose mind remained occupied generating thoughts—bizarre to normal ways of the human mind.
Personally speaking, initially it was not felt to be a very difficult job to write down as it flowed into my mind. But gradually, it became increasingly difficult for me to develop any idea of relevance or importance on a daily basis. Time and again, since I set up a goal to write daily, my personal thoughts—the latter militating in my mind—to take shape, why is it so? Can’t say exactly.
It may be because of my feeling internally pressurised to deliver and that too daily.
But I have also found that when this external pressure tends to diminish, slowly a new and fresh idea I feel to have been developing in my mind.
But what I have felt in the journey till now is that -----One should give up the tendency of giving up, and that's it.…
