Who Is Your Brain Factory Supervisor;Mr. Sad or Mr.Happy?
Human Brain can be likened to a factory. Yes; a factory where production of thoughts takes place.
Nothing can be produced without an input. But this brain factory happens to be unique. It never stops functioning unless it gets impaired by whatever reason.
According to an expert estimate, the human brain generates not less than 50 thousand thoughts a day! But most of them are short-lived since they die their natural deaths just after taking birth unless they are picked up for them to be worked with or upon.
Past experiences, surrounding, relationships, events etc. serve as inputs. These inputs are laid into the factory by two supervisors appointed by you.
Their Names are Mr.Sad and Mr.Happy.

When you wake up in the morning both these supervisors appear before you. These brain factory supervisors stand daily in attendance before you for receiving orders for production of thoughts of your choice.
When called upon,Mr.Sad, the supervisor, as a part of his duty, will start explaining: Sir! The day is going to be dull. It is also very hot/cold outside. Also yesterday you did not sleep well; so you appear to be slightly indisposed. You can also reschedule your tour that you planned yesterday. Your colleague wants you to fail in your project. They may have poisoned your boss's ears against you that is why you have been given this task. Better apply for a sick leave today.

Market too these days is sulky. There's no use investing in such turbulent environment. Clients are not showing interest in the products;etc.etc.
Even your slight pause in the affirmative is enough as a command for Mr. Sad to carry out his tasks further. Hereafter Mr. Sad will start issuing command after command down the line to the shop floor foreman who will process these to generate hundreds rather thousands of negative thoughts all over the day.
So when you arrive at the office late or miss your bus or earn displeasure from your boss for reasons of non performance or get embroiled in an argument you may safely conclude that Mr.Sad is scrupulous and prompt in the discharge of his duty.
Mr.Happy as your supervisor has a different modus operandi. He when called upon would say to you- Sir! How fresh you look to be even sleeping quite late last night! The morning is quite exciting.Look at the rising Sun. It is getting bright and brighter like your business prospects.
O Sir! Get up now, you should not forget that you are known for your punctuality. O Sir!why do you bother? Your knowledge and expertise will outsmart all those who are waiting to see you fail.

In today's meeting you can use your knowledge, skill and experience to impress your clients. You know new clients means new business. They must grow in numbers because today you are choosing a different strategy. Today is yet another opportunity waiting for you to learn and improve your skill and knowledge towards the goal you have set,etc.etc.
O Madam! No one is as equipped as you are because your oratory and writing skill is simply superb. This unique quality of yours can overpower all obstacles ahead that may come in the way to your success.
The moment you agree with him he starts working with great synergy and issues command after command to the shop floor where foreman subordinate to him becomes busy producing thoughts that add to your capacity and provide purpose to the day.

Tell me who would you like to promote as manager of your brain factory? Mr.Happy or Mr.Sad?
Decision is not difficult to arrive at.
Rather as a proprietor of the brain factory it is high time you fired Mr.Sad instead of retaining him to the post that you have allowed him to hold.
