A word of advice for Students in India.

It is generally said that no advice should be given unless it is called for. But the atmosphere of violence and riot that our capital New Delhi witnessed a week ago is a grim reminder that political parties are misguiding youths. A major part of this youth community happens to be the students. It is quite unfortunate that students today take part in violent protests. Sometime political parties exploit seamless energy of these young students to their petty political gains.
No movement can be seen to succeed sans support of student community. For this political parties resort to wooing the youths who in search of employment and job or government service meet with frustration.
Political parties now a days feed on their frustration. They happen to influence  callow and tender mind of these young students. They don't even hesitate to employ youths to incite violence by provoking their immature mind and needs.
Have students ever thought what have they gained out of this meaningless political involvement of degraded nature?
It is simply zilch.
Generally speaking barring a few all of them stand duped by the political gimmick of these parties. A lot many of them spoil their career when they are saught after by the police in connection with the FIRs lodged against them as a matter of their participation in the violence and mayhem created at the behest of the nefarious design of the politics of basest category. Of course some of them do stand benefited by the political connection they develop with the leaders of these political parties. But their number is few and far between. Needless to say it is that category of students who cherish their career in politics at the cost of their fellow students and companions. Very often these select few can be seen to be future leaders of politics of today. Needless to say this brand of politics is nothing but only a mixture of opportunism, dishonesty and value devoured conducts of sorts.
So it is my well considered view that students should shun politics. They must first complete their study with full sincerity. Only after that they, if they so find themselves interested and capable, may join politics. If this sincerity  of theirs as student stands compromised they do not deserve to called students. In that case it is apt to refer them as an agitating lot pursuing study as pastime.
Choice is theirs.
