नीचे शास्त्राधारित कुछ बातें लिखी जा रही हैं, विद्वान इसे मेरी चपलता समझ क्षमा करेंगे. जीव जो कि ईश्वर का हीं अंश है,शरीर धारण करते हीं अर्थात जन्म लेते हीं अविद्या की तीन शक्तियों से घिर जाता है.  आत्मज्ञ इन तीन शक्तियों को क्रमशः 'मल','विक्षेप' तथा 'आवरण' कहता है. (१ )मल . मल से अभिप्राय पूर्व जन्म तथा वर्तमान में किये गये आसक्तियुक्त शुभाशुभ कर्मों के चलते अंत:करण में उत्पन्न मलिनता के वास से है. तृष्णा, ईर्ष्या-द्वेषादि ही वे मलरूपी मैल हैं जिसकी क‌ई परतें चित्त की गहराई में जमकर इसे दूषित किये रहती है.  लगातार निष्काम कर्म से इस मैल को धोना सम्भव है. संक्षेप में निष्काम कर्म से तात्पर्य जो कर्तव्य जिस समय उपस्थित हो उसे यथारूप कर देने से है. (२)विक्षेप . चित्त की चंचलता हीं विक्षेप है. क्रोध चित्त की चंचलता का सबसे सरल और उत्तम उदाहरण है. मन स्थिर नहीं रहता.बुद्धि का मन पर शासन नहीं रह जाता. इसके चलते व्यक्ति मनमाना आचरण करने लगता है. व्यक्ति को कभी कोई चीज आकर्षित करता है और फिर शीघ्र हीं उसे उसी चीज में बाद में अरूचि हो जाती है. उपासना से इस चित्त-चाञ्चल...

आज विवाहपंचमी है. विवाहपंचमी जब कहते हैं तो इसका आशय मर्यादा पुरुषोत्तम भगवान श्रीराम का जनकनंदिनी भगवती सीता के विवाह से है. मान्यता है कि हिन्दू मास मार्गशीर्ष शुक्लपक्ष पंचमी को भगवान श्रीराम का विवाह हुआ था.  मिथिला क्षेत्र में विवाहपंचमी का अपना महत्व है. जनकदुलारी जानकी मिथिला की बेटी हैं. इस दृष्टि से श्रीराम सम्पूर्ण मिथिला के पाहुन हैं.इस अवसर पर यहां वातावरण बिना किसी विशेष साधन के हीं आनन्ददायक हो जाता है.  दशरथनंदन का जनकनंदिनी से विवाह हुआ; मिथिला में सम्पन्न विवाहोत्सव के अनंतर अवधेश राजा दशरथ अपने चारों पुत्रों और पुत्रवधुओं के साथ सम्पूर्ण लोकों के ऐश्वर्य को समेटते हुए अयोध्या आ गये. ऐसा होना नितांत हीं स्वाभाविक था, जब स्वयं नारायण और महालक्ष्मी दशरथ के साथ अयोध्या के लिए चले हों तो अन्य लोकों मे बचा हीं क्या रह गया!  ऋद्धि-सिद्धि की स्वामिनी प्रकृतिस्वरूपा महालक्ष्मी भगवती सीता के अयोध्या आगमन मात्र से नगर के सौंदर्य, ऐश्वर्य तथा आनन्दोल्लास में जो अनन्त गुना वृद्धि हुई उसका शब्दों में वर्णन नहीं हो सकता.  गोस्वामीजी भी मानस में इन चार चौपाईयों के...

It is gratifying and satisfying as well that the state government has realized that development as perceived in popular sense of term unaccompanied with a change in mindset of the people towards societal issues is hardly enough for its holistic development. Despite a number of legislations to address these issues the progress made so far towards minimizing them much less eradicating them is far from satisfactory. The evils perpetrated by the customary system like dowry is a case in hand which seeks discussion for better appreciation of the matter. Introduction- An officer of the deputy collector rank remains in charge of the District Certificate Office and he functions under the supervision, direction and control of the Collector of the District. The functions carried out by this office pertain to disposal of certificate cases and realization of the public demand against these certificates under the provisions of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act, 1914. The said Act envisages disposal of certificate cases in a quasi judicial manner and to that extent certain provisions related to receiving evidence, administering oaths, enforcing the attendance of witnesses and compelling the production of documents as prescribed by the Code of Civil procedure 1908 is also applicable in matters of conducting and hearing of the certificate proceedings. आज पूरे देश में यदि कोई एक विषय पर चर्चा हो रही है तो वे तीन खेती किसानी सम्बन्धी कानून हैं जिसका विरोध किसानों का एक वर्ग पूरे जोर-शोर से कर रहा है.किसान ख़ास कर दिल्ली बोर्डर पर धरना दे रहे पंजाब और हरियाणा के धनाढ्य किसानों ने सरकार की नाक में दम कर रखा है.वे इन कानूनों को तुरंत वापस लेने का दबाव केन्द्र सरकार पर बना रहे हैं.कहने की आवश्यकता नहीं है कि इस आंदोलन को क‌ई राजनीतिक दल हवा दे रहे हैं. उन्होंने इस मुद्दे को लेकर भारत बंद भी करवाया. फिलहाल बीते 16 दिनों से डेडलाक की स्थिति बनी हुई है और Vested Interest की चांदी है जो हमेशा से यह चाहते हैं कि भारत में अस्थिरता बनी रहे ताकि भारत की छवि अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर धूमिल करने में कोई कसर न रहे. कनाडा जैसा एक देश भी इस मुद्दे को अंतरराष्ट्रीय रंग देने की कोशिश कर चुका है. यह वही पश्चिमी देश है जो स्वाभाविक रुप से उदारीकरण एवं वैश्वीकरण का पक्षधर रहा है;आज उसे भारत में यदि मंडी आधारित व्यवस्था हीं पसंद है तो उसका एकमात्र कारण उस देश की अंदरूनी राजनीति है जिसको कनाडा के प्रधानमंत्री ने अपने राजनीतिक फायदे के लिए साधने का प्रयास किया ह...

 Generally speaking,youth in our State is largely unemployed to the extent of it being an agony not only to them but their parents also. The opposition was found smart enough to make unemployment of the youth a major electoral issue. This was despite consistent attempt on the other side to downplay it by arguments more than one.As a result of which elections in Bihar held recently revolved around a single major issue of unemployment.The major opposition alliance left no stone unturned to woo the young electorates. Promises of opposition giving government jobs in not less than a million in number became the buzz word.  Under duress of sorts the ruling alliance, too, had to follow suit by way of promising to give 19 lakh jobs.  The end result of this promise and counter promise was seen by way of alliance in power getting a hair breadth escape from being unseated. मैं भी घर कहां आ पाता हूँ. ये तो लाॅकडाउन को धन्यवाद कहना चाहिये कि इसने मेरे जैसे परदेस में रहकर नौकरी करने वाले को घर आने का मौका बिना नौकरी गंवाये उपलब्ध कराया. WFH(work from home) term शायद इससे पहले कभी इतना नहीं पोपुलर हुआ जितना इन दिनों. घर आने पर सब कुछ बदल गया सा मालूम हो रहा था. घर की दीवारे, कमरा, चंद रोजमर्रा के सामान जिसका सालों से कोई देखभाल करने वाला नहीं था, मुझे उलाहना दे रहे थे. खास कर मेरे कमरे की लकड़ी की आलमारी में रखी किताबें और कुछ ऐसे हीं चंद सामान मुझे पुराने समय की याद दिला रहे थे कि कैसे मैं इन किताबों को रोज झाड़ पोछ कर करीने में लगा कर मन हीं मन खुश होता था. ये बात और थी कि जितनी किताबें मैने जमा कर रखी थी उसका चौथा हिस्सा भी कभी मैने पढ़ा हो. ये तो गनीमत कहिये कि मकान का एक भाग जिसे मैने किराये पर उठा रखा है, का किरायादार भला आदमी है जो इस घर के बांकी बचे हिस्से की भी थोड़ी बहुत देख रेख कर देता है.  शाम होने को थी. लेकिन मई-जून की गरमी शाम तक भी कहाँ कम होती है. मैं दरवाजे के सामने खाली जगह जो घास-फूस उग आने से बहुत ही छोटी हो गई थी, में कुर्सी लगा कर...

आज विजयादशमी है. मान्यता है कि आज के दिन ही मर्यादा पुरुषोत्तम श्रीराम ने दसानन रावण का वध कर स्वर्णपुरी लंका पर विजय पाया था. इसी संदर्भ में भावशुद्धि-आत्मशुद्धि के निमित्त एक प्रसंग है जिसका वर्णन गोस्वामीजी ने अपनी कालजयी रचना श्रीरामचरितमानस के लंकाकांड में किया है.युद्धभूमि में श्रीराम केे पास न तो कोई रथ था न हीं युद्ध में तन की रक्षा हेतु कोई कवच या पांव में जूते. वहीं कुलिस के समान कठोर कवच धारण किये तथा हाथों में नाना प्रकार के आयुध से लैस बलशाली रावण बिजली के समान तेज गति से चलने वाले रथ पर घमंडपूर्वक सवार हो भगवान श्रीराम को ललकार रहा था.यह दृश्य देख बिभीषण को बड़ी चिंता हो गयी. अधिक प्रेम होने से उनके मन में संदेह हो गया कि भगवान राम इस रथारूढ़ रावण पर कैसे विजय प्राप्त कर सकेंगे. कहां बिजली की फूर्ति से चलकर बवंडर उत्पन्न करता रावण का रथ और कहां युद्धभूमि में उनके स्वामी भगवान राम जिन्हें न कोई रथ न कवच न पादत्राण(जूता)!अधीर बिभीषण श्रीरामजी के चरणों की बंदना कर मोह एवं स्नेह के वशीभूत हो बोले- हे नाथ! मुझे बड़ी चिंता हो रही है. आपके पास युद्ध के लिये आवश्यक न कोई रथ है न ...

शिक्षा और विद्या में अंतर करना जरा मुश्किल है, क्योंकि यह अंतर वही करने की पात्रता रखता है जो शिक्षित होने के साथ-साथ विद्यावान भी है. और विद्यावान को ऐसा करना जरूरी नहीं है. वह अंतर क्यों करे! विभेद करना अविवेकता की पहचान है जो हम जैसे व्यक्ति बड़े हीं चाव से न केवल करते हैं बल्कि उसे लिखते भी हैं. अस्तु.  जिस प्रकार जानकारी का संग्रह शिक्षा नहीं है उसी प्रकार शिक्षित होने का अर्थ यह नहीं है कि ऐसा व्यक्ति विद्यावान भी हो हीं. शिक्षा से जीवन को सुंदर एवं सुखमय बनाया जा सकता है किन्तु इससे अज्ञानरुपी अंधकार का नाश नहीं होता. यदि ऐसा होता तो सामाजिक मान्यताप्राप्त उच्चशिक्षित-प्रशिक्षित लोग जिसे आमजनता गौरव से देखती है, कुछ ऐसा न कर बैठते जिससे समाज में हताशा और निराशा का संचार होता हो. कभी ये शिक्षित-प्रशिक्षित किसी घपले-घोटाले या व्यभिचार-बलात्कार में संलग्न हो अखबार की सुर्खी बटोरते हैं तो कभी ये सफलता के शीर्ष पर आकर अपनी जीवनलीला को ही विषादबस अकस्मात समाप्त कर देते हैं. उदाहरण देने की आवश्यकता नहीं है. इसे अंधकार ही तो कहेंगे.  यह विद्या है न कि शिक्षा जो इस अंधकार का ना...

We take recourse to policy making to address our needs that always keep on changing. I feel those behind the new education policy must have felt some thing amiss in the present education system. The flaws as perceived by them apropos of the existing policy might have prompted them to go for a new one. Truly speaking, I don't know for certain what exactly are these flaws as perceived by them and in what way the new one seeks to eliminate or rectify them to say the least. Nevertheless I should have reason to believe that since any policy is formulated by the best minds employed by government in power, the new education policy should fulfill the need and expectations of the people of India in general and stakeholders in particulars.
